5) Drag icon for Toast to dock. When I hover the title of the Icon is 'Toast Titanium Pro'

It seems the problem may be related to the fact that I wasn't able to launch the original PRO installation. People that had a working PRO install are able to update to PRO. People that are installing for the first time, get downgraded from Pro to Standard. Roxio support isn't much help. They told me I didn't buy a license for Plug-in. According to the Version comparison chart, I shouldn't need the plug-in. Thanks for taking the time to read this long explanation. Thoughts or solutions are appreciated.
